Nothing is clear…he hasn’t made it clear why my “old” schedule is not available anymore. I don’t think I should contact him because it feels like I am begging for help. I need to find another therapist and start fresh because the therapist/client relationship in this case is somewhat compromised. Don’t you think?

If you keep having problems sometimes it is easier to have the doc just write an open-ended prescription so you can get it when you need it.
